Kwilio Scheduling
Build the roster once. Your team always knows.
What it does
Kwilio replaces the group chat, the spreadsheet and the roster on the wall. Managers build the schedule on desktop; staff get an iPhone app with their shifts, clock in/out, open shifts to claim, and time off requests. Flat monthly pricing by team size.
Smart scheduling for your whole team — on every device.
Employee scheduling, GPS clock-in/out, time tracking, and payroll reports — built for restaurants and service businesses. Manage everything from your browser, with a mobile app for your team, synced through a secure, encrypted cloud. From scheduling to payroll — in your browser, on every device. Build and publish shifts in minutes. Drag-and-drop scheduling with recurring shift patterns and open shift requests. Employees clock in with GPS geofencing and optional photo verification. Know your team is where they need to be. Every change syncs in real time across the web app and mobile through an encrypted cloud. Your data is yours — exportable any time. I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
