LaunchBid
bid your product to #1 on a live leaderboard
What it does
A product launchpad where rank is bid, not voted. List a website, iPhone or Android app, Mac app or X profile on the live leaderboard, earn free tokens by sharing, and outbid the board to reach #1.
A live leaderboard where tokens are bids. Craft tokens for free or grab UPI packs, then outbid the whole server for the top spot. Spawning takes 50 ⚡. One verified X share covers it, instantly. No sign-up. Websites, web apps, iPhone and Android apps, Mac apps, or your X profile. If it has a link, it can take a spot. LaunchBid is a product launchpad built as a live leaderboard: submit your product, earn free tokens by sharing, and promote it by bidding. Unlike an upvote launchpad where timing and votes decide your day, the top spots here go to whoever wants them most, and totals neverfrom launchbid.lol

I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
