LeftHandy is a free, open-source macOS menu bar utility that programmatically mirrors all system cursors and swaps mouse buttons in real time for left-handed users. It operates completely offline with zero telemetry, zero analytics, and zero network requests. Shipped as a code-signed, notarized Universal Binary for Apple Silicon and Intel (macOS 14+).
