What it does
Hey PH community! 👋 I built LiftRoad because I got tired of complicated fitness apps that slow me down in the gym. LiftRoad is designed to be extremely fast and simple while still giving you powerful tools like auto rest timer, smart suggestions, PR badges, and an AI Coach that actually helps you progress. I focused on what really matters: logging your lifts quickly, seeing real progress over time, and staying motivated without any clutter. Would love your honest feedback.
