Live AI Design Benchmark
Hey HN, We built a different kind of AI benchmark for UI generation. Instead of static leaderboards or curated screenshots, you can watch multiple models generate the same design live, side-by-side, and decide which output is actually better. Under the hood, we call AI models from Anthropic (Opus), OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), and Moonshot AI (Kimi). Each model generates a real, editable project using Tailwind CSS (not screenshots or canvas exports). You can export it for Next.js, Laravel (Blade), Symfony (Twig), WordPress, or plain HTML. What we noticed building this: * Popular benchmarks…

Compare them side-by-side, pick the winner, and fine-tune it visually in Shuffle. Once started, all models run in parallel and generate independent layout variants. Upgrade your plan to build more sites with AI and to unlock the ability to download your projects. Set your website's structure and styling with a clear, precise prompt. Once you pick your favorite AI-generated redesign, open it in Shuffle and start customizing. Adjust layouts, swap components - all visually or with AI, no coding required. DesignArena – crowdsourced benchmark for AI-generated UI/UX2025 · designarena.ai · ▲89I’ve been using AI to generate some repetitive frontend (guilty), and while most outputs felt vibe-coded, some results were surprisingly good. So I cleaned it up and made a ranking game out of it with friends, and you can check it out here: https://www.designarena.ai/vote /vote: Your prompt will be answered by four random, anonymous models. You pick the one you prefer and crown the winner, tournament-style. /leaderboard: See the current winning models, as dictated by voter preferences. /play: Iterate quickly by seeing four models respond to the same input and…

Hi HN! My name is Nick and this is my fun side project. Please lay it on me. HN can think of Tips.io as a cracked out Tailwind Playground that has page management and amazing AI integration. There are a few core ideas: 1) The HTML is the CMS There are no fields or restrictions. Just hover, click, and start tweaking any HTML. Also, certain elements you click will have special easy edit abilities: - auto creates an uploader, stock photo picker (or HTML) - auto creates an uploader, stock video picker (or HTML) - auto creates a big icon picker (or HTML) - auto creates a WYSIWYG Editor (or HTML)…

thisorthis.ai2024 · thisorthis.ai · ▲135Hey HN — I'm Parth, I built thisorthis.ai because I was tired of copy-pasting the same prompt across ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini tabs to figure out which model actually gave the best answer. What it does: You type one prompt, pick 2–6 models (we support 47 text models and several image models across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Meta, Amazon, Mistral, Cohere, AI21), and see every response side-by-side. There's also a feature called SmartPick that uses an LLM evaluator to score each response on Clarity, Accuracy, Completeness, and Helpfulness — useful when you're comparing 6 models and…

Talanoa▲346Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

Hello my name is Ben Ward for the past 3 years I have been remastering the financial game Wall Street Raider created by Michael Jenkins originally on DOS in 1986. It has been a rough journey but I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I just recently redid the website and thought maybe the full story of how this project came to be would interest you all. Thank you for reading.
