Look Away to Pause YouTube (Experimental Chrome Extension)

In plain words

Look Away to Pause YouTube is a Chrome extension that pauses video playback when users look away from their screen. Launched in 2018, it uses the browser's camera access to detect when attention shifts and automatically pauses content. The extension is designed for YouTube viewers who want to reduce passive watching habits. It remains in experimental status and is available as an open-source project on GitHub.
