What it does

Intervals Pro is an AI-powered multi-sport training app that lets you talk directly to your Intervals.icu account. Build and adjust training across running, cycling, swimming, and strength.

AI coach that learns about you. Reads your Intervals.icu training history (power, pace, HR, sleep, HRV), remembers your goals and constraints, and builds adaptive plans that sync to Garmin, Wahoo, Zwift, and Coros.

Start with a goal-led plan built from your real training history. Then the coach reads last night's recovery and your actual plan, spots the change worth making, shows the reason and exact before → after, and writes to Intervals.icu only when you reply YES. Recovery, recent training and the plan are checked together. The coach contacts you only when there is something useful to act on. The message explains why, then shows the exact session before and after. No vague recommendation and no hidden change. YES writes the approved workout to Intervals.icu, which sends it on to your connected watch. NO leaves the plan alone. Your first check is one-off.   I was somewhat hesitant about sharing this personal projects, especially since I just saw that cool looking Werk[1] tool posted, but I figured that my ADHD-fueled creation might still have it's own place to be.   I've been experimenting with ways to increase AI adoption for non-technical people. Basically, all companies are pushing for AI because it's all over the news and they feel left behind but most people have no clue where to start. I think 90% of people (ie non coders) are sufficiently well served by using cowork instead of claude code or something similar.
