What it does

I created Mail Archive because I needed a simple way to archive my own emails without relying on expensive cloud services or complicated enterprise software. Mail Archive lets you connect Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365 and IMAP accounts, store emails locally on your computer and search everything with fast full-text search. No cloud dependency, no mandatory subscription, and complete control over your data. Available for Mac and Windows.
