I am a major proponent of Self-Defense. I absolutely love it. And as someone who is so passionate about the craft, I have tried just about everything and have pretty high standards where training is concerned. This app has not only met those standards - but has exceeded them. Seriously the best you will ever find. If you are experienced in martial arts or just getting started, there is plenty here for everyone. Don’t just take my word for it though. Download it and check it out.
