Mlist – a better way to read email newsletters
Hey everyone! I want to share an app I released called mlist - a better way to read email newsletters. I built mlist because I found a bunch of awesome newsletters that I loved, but didn't like having extra stuff in my in my inbox. Here's how it works: choose a username when you sign up for mlist and use it like an email address ([email protected]) when subscribing to newsletters. The newsletters are delivered right to the app. No more overflowing email inboxes! Check out the website (http://mlist.io) or download the iOS app…

Bookmarks which you wanted to read, but simply forgot... It happened to me all the time. I bookmarked the articles to read later and simply forgot about them. Forever. I built Mailist to help with that. Already 2350 users enjoy their "weekly digests" composed from their bookmarks. It makes me super happy! So now, https://mailist.app Pro account allows you to send an email newsletter every day, built from your bookmarks. Does it sound interesting? The free version (weekly email) is available for everyone! Let me know what you think. PS. Unlike other tools, we care about your privacy…

Hi HN, I built Eigendrum, a web tool that solves the 2D wave equation for arbitrary shapes so you can hear what they sound like as drums. How it works: * Solves -∇²u = λu using finite element analysis (Kφ = λMφ) on a triangle mesh. * Validated to <0.1% error against closed-form solutions for circles (Bessel zeros) and rectangles. * Sound model factors in strike location, Rayleigh damping, and mallet width. * Includes Kac drums I & II to demonstrate identical sound spectra from different geometries. * No frameworks, build steps, or dependencies. Repo and tests:…
