monapi is a self-hosted decision API: IP, domain or email in, explainable decision out — with score, signals and evidence. No US service, no third-country transfer, no black box. Thresholds and weights are policy, not physics — configurable per profile. The API is plain HTTP. The packages exist so you skip the timeout, fail-open and type handling every integrator writes from scratch — and so an agent can use the same decision as a tool, including one that explains its own verdicts.   Hey all, wanted to share my recent weekend hack project. I wanted to improve upon the existing space for looking up information about IP addresses and ASNs. The backend is written in Rust and pulls BGP data every 8 hours from the RIPE RIS project to build up a routing table and also adds geolocation information. The frontend is using React and Tailwind. Would love any feedback or suggestions on what to improve.
