Motiscope
A motion-design plugin: drop a screen recording of an animation and motiscope reads its motion (timing, easing, stagger, loops) and rebuilds it as GSAP, CSS, Framer Motion, or Lottie code.

What it does
You can't describe an animation to an AI in words. "Make it bouncier" is not a spec. Motiscope solves this a different way: you give it a screen recording, it measures the actual motion (the beat, the easing, the transforms) with ffmpeg, and hands your coding agent a spec it can rebuild from. Output targets are GSAP, CSS, Framer Motion, and Lottie. Free, open source, runs locally.

Timing is measured off the curve; magnitudes are read off a few frames. A dense per-frame motion-energy curve at native fps drives timing, easing, holds, fades, stagger and loop detection. Pure numbers, zero image tokens. A small curated set of PNG keyframes (~24–48) the model actually looks at to estimate which elements move and by how much — flagged as estimates.
