What it does
NeuroDB is a pseudonymous peer-support community for people managing ADHD, autism, and other conditions through prescribed treatment approaches. Unlike general forums, it's organized around structured communities with optional wellness and medication flair, so context is visible without oversharing.
What living with ADHD, autism, OCD, anxiety and the rest of neurodivergence is actually like, medication included, shared anonymously by the people doing it.
My Concerta dose is 36 mg in the morning, and my Seroxat dose is 37.5 mg in the evening. I feel that the antidepressant's effects are reducing the effectiveness of Concerta. I made OwnTime to balance between competing priorities in my life. The idea is based on two main influences: the concept of "roles" from "The 5 Choices" (2015), and my repeated failure to effectively implement time blocking due to the necessary flexibility in my role.
