NFL Playoffs Game
A friend of mine (and others I know) has been running this playoffs fantasy thing for years out of a spreadsheet. I decided to turn it into a website for the masses. It's built with Svelte (kit), Firebase, and Tailwind. This has been my go-to stack lately. Very enjoyable! Check it out and let me know if you understand what the game is and of course if you want to create a pool, go for it! Please don't go creating test pools, though. You won't get to see any additional info for doing that since the views are locked down until the playoffs start and you'll need real entries to monitor along.…

What it does
Fantasy football for NFL Playoffs is here! Start a pool and get entries with consisting of one player for each playoff team. You must fill out a specific lineup in terms of positions. As each team loses, you lose that player. There is no draft, so participants can join in any order at their convenience, just as long as it is before the deadline of the first playoff game start on Saturday 1/10. The lineup picker tool leverages a clean interface in order to craft your perfect lineup. Enjoy!

Don't let the fantasy football fun (and misery) end with the regular season. Try the playoffs mini-game. A pool is created by you or someone else. Invite links to enter lineups are sent out from whoever made the pool. Enter a lineup consisting of one person per NFL playoff team. This is the only thing you have to do. As games complete, watch your and other pools' leaderboards update. Everything is public. Choose one of many different views to craft your perfect lineup. After games start, view any pool's lineups, leaderboard, and player ownership breakdown. Hope for high points before each of your players is eliminated from the playoffs. (If your league doesn't use Sleeper, let me know which platform you use). Also, give the "Season Wrapped" feature a try. Hey HN! I wanted to share something I built over the last few weeks: isometric.nyc is a massive isometric pixel art map of NYC, built with nano banana and coding agents. I didn't write a single line of code. Of course no-code doesn't mean no-engineering. This project took a lot more manual labor than I'd hoped! I wrote a deep dive on the workflow and some thoughts about the future of AI coding and creativity: http://cannoneyed.com/projects/isometric-nyc
