NICE flips the script on habit apps. Most apps cheer when you fail. NICE doesn't. A Drill Sergeant, Disappointed Mom, Your Ex, Future You, or Your Manager holds you to the contract you signed with yourself this morning. Built on behavioral economics: "Didn't lose today" lands harder than "great job." Habits as if-then contracts. Trigger is mandatory. You pick your own penalty for folding. Hey HN, Henry here from Cactus. We open-sourced Needle, a 26M parameter function-calling (tool use) model. It runs at 6000 tok/s prefill and 1200 tok/s decode on consumer devices.
