Open-source, single-tenant IoT platform that deploys to your own Cloudflare account. Hardware over HTTPS or WebSocket, realtime dashboards, automations, and a clean read API.

What it does
Nodrix is an open-source IoT platform you deploy to your own Cloudflare account in one click. Hardware POSTs JSON over HTTPS, realtime dashboards stream over hibernating WebSockets, automations run at the edge. No broker, no servers, no middleman.
An open-source IoT backend that runs in your own Cloudflare account — no broker, no servers, no middleman. An open-source IoT backend that lives in your Cloudflare account. Hardware speaks plain HTTPS, data streams to drag-and-drop dashboards in realtime, and a clean read API hands it to anything else you build — no broker, no servers, no third party in the middle. Ingest, store, visualize, control, and automate — without standing up a single server or trusting a vendor with your data. Hardware POSTs JSON, or opens WebSocket. Variables create themselves on first sight — no schema, no MQTT broker, no SDK. Drop widgets onto a grid, bind them to variables, and watch values update live over…from nodrix.live

I've been working on this for some time now, starting with vm2, then deno-core for 2 years, and recently rewrote it on rusty_v8 with Claude's help. OpenWorkers lets you run untrusted JS in V8 isolates on your own infrastructure. Same DX as Cloudflare Workers, no vendor lock-in. What works today: fetch, KV, Postgres bindings, S3/R2, cron scheduling, crypto.subtle. Self-hosting is a single docker-compose file + Postgres. Would love feedback on the architecture and what feature you'd want next.

Cptn.io – open-source integration platform2023 · cptn.io · ▲139Hi, I am Krishna Thota. I am building an open source integration and data platform(https://cptn.io). The product is MIT licensed and the repo is at https://github.com/cptn-io/el-cptn. I have started on my startup journey an year ago and launched a monitoring platform called DevRaven. Unfortunately the product did not takeoff as expected. That story is for another day. But during the course of building the product, I have built several integrations leveraging MQs and Cloud Functions. While building and deploying Cloud Functions for happy paths is easy, I had to…

Talanoa▲340Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

Homebrew 6.0.0▲1,481Today, I’m proud to announce Homebrew 6.0.0. The most significant changes since 5.1.0 are a new tap trust security mechanism, the new faster, smaller, default internal Homebrew JSON API, sandboxing on Linux, better defaults informed by our user survey, many brew bundle improvements, improved performance and initial support for macOS 27 (Golden Gate). Happy to discuss any questions here!

Hi HN! I was super frustrated at apps like tiktok and wechat preventing me from saving or downloading the animated gifs, so I made a little tool to turn a screen recording into a slack-sized emoji. Hope you get some value from this!
