What it does

Normatia transforms static building regulations (PDFs) into a structured, interconnected Knowledge Graph. Unlike traditional PDF viewers or government websites, we atomize legal text into data blocks. This allows for unique features like "Deep Linking" to specific paragraphs, contextual glossaries that appear on hover without breaking the reading flow, and compliance calculators embedded directly within the regulations. It’s not just a reader; it’s an intelligent layer over the law.

I built this tool because I wanted a way to just take a bunch of URLs or domains, and query their content in RAG applications. It takes away the pain of crawling, extracting content, chunking, vectorizing, and updating periodically. I'm curious to see if it can be useful to others. I meant to launch this six months ago but life got in the way...

Using AI to Summarize Terms and Conditions2018 · ▲91

88% of people never read the terms and conditions of websites or services they use. However, most people want to know what they are agreeing to in those terms. That is why we created Legal Leaf. We strongly believe that everyone should have easy access to those agreements, in language they can understand. Legal Leaf works behind the scenes, in your browser, to read and summarize these terms using powerful AI. We're constantly working to improve the accuracy of these summaries. The results are displayed in the top right corner without affecting web speeds. Legal Leaf is a beta product still…

    EuConform – Offline-first EU AI Act compliance tool (open source)Jan 2026 · github.com · ▲71

I built this as a personal open-source project to explore how EU AI Act requirements can be translated into concrete, inspectable technical checks. The core idea is local-first compliance: – risk classification (Articles 5–15, incl. prohibited use cases) – bias evaluation using CrowS-Pairs – automatic Annex IV–oriented PDF reports – no cloud services or external APIs (browser-based + Ollama) I’m especially interested in feedback on whether this kind of technical framing of AI regulation makes sense in real-world projects.

Hybrid Knowledge Graph and RAG for Legal Documents (Learning Project)2025 · github.com · ▲8

Built this as a toy project to understand knowledge graphs by tackling a real problem: traditional RAG fails badly on legal documents because it misses interconnections between sections. The system actually combines both approaches on every query - gets semantic matches via TF-IDF, retrieves structural relationships from Neo4j, then feeds both contexts to OpenAI for comprehensive answers. Used the Indian Income Tax Act as test data since legal documents have natural graph structures. Queries like "What sections reference Section 80C?" get both the reference network AND content explanations.…

  • Hey we are Computable. We spent years building trading infrastructure at Jump Trading and Coinbase. From that point of view, compute looks like energy markets before 2000: everything trades through private bilateral leases, there’s no visible price, and nothing can be resold. The same H100 rents at a 2x spread depending on who’s asking, and once you sign a 24-month lease, it can never change hands. So we built a market for GPU nodes, sold by the calendar week. Here are three things you can do on it that you can’t do anywhere else: - Buy exactly the weeks you need. Three nodes for the last…
