What it does

NovaCiv is a multilingual, transparent and open-source digital civilization without rulers, elites or hidden algorithms. All decisions are made directly by referendum. It’s an experiment in peaceful self-governance for humans today and for future independent AIs. Anyone who respects life and freedom can join.
