What it does
Most online timers are clunky and unreliable. Online Kitchen Timer looks and feels like the real thing — and is just as dependable.
Finally, a free online kitchen timer that looks and feels like the real thing.
No squinting. No clicking. Our timer is headscratch-free. You grab the knob and twist — like that old timer in grandma's kitchen. Use it on your phone, tablet, or laptop ( yes , even with flour on your fingers). Just give the screen a good wipedown when you're done. Other timers panic when your screen goes black. This one doesn't. It keeps ticking through naps, screen locks, even closed tabs. Wake your device? The timer snaps back and recalibrates, picking up the countdown like nothing happened. Yes, Online Kitchen Timer is completely free to use. Simply bookmark this page in your browser and return whenever you need to time your baking or cooking. Easy! Use your mouse — or, if you're on…from onlinekitchentimer.com

Hi everyone, I built PyXL — a hardware processor that executes a custom assembly generated from Python programs, without using a traditional interpreter or virtual machine. It compiles Python -> CPython Bytecode -> Instruction set designed for direct hardware execution. I’m sharing an early benchmark: a GPIO test where PyXL achieves a 480ns round-trip toggle — compared to 14-25 micro seconds on a MicroPython Pyboard - even though PyXL runs at a lower clock (100MHz vs. 168MHz). The design is stack-based, fully pipelined, and preserves Python's dynamic typing without static type restrictions.…
