I’ve been using Trello for a while and there were so many paper cuts over time that I decided to hack together a clean little kanban board for my needs as a weekend project. For my projects there are a lot of different hats I have to wear so that’s where “swim lanes” come in. Basically I have frontend/backend/marketing/support tasks and it was getting really polluted and hard to parse to have all these types of tasks together in a column.
