CLI to generate a conventional commit in seconds using AI
What it does
Simply run: `npm i -g opencommit`. Then type `oco` in your terminal, that's it. OpenCommit supports Mistral via Ollama, OpenAI models, more than ten i18n languages including Spanish and Chinese, GitHub action, git hook, and lots of other features.

Too often I find myself being lazy with commit messages. But I don't want AI to write them for me... only i truly know why i wrote the code i did. So why don't i get AI to help me get that into words from my head? That's what i built: smartcommit asks you questions about your changes, then helps you articulate what you already know into a proper commit message. Captures the what, how, and why. Built this after repeatedly being confused 6 months in a project as to why i made the change i had made... Would love feedback!

I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
