What it does

OpenFlow is a free, open-source voice dictation app for Windows 10/11. Hold ctrl+win, speak, release - your transcribed text gets pasted instantly into any window. Transcription runs fully locally on your CPU using Whisper, so your voice never leaves your machine. AI refinement via Groq cleans up grammar and punctuation for free. A lightweight alternative to WisprFlow with no subscription, no cloud, no cost.
