What it does

OpenMotion is a free macOS motion-design studio for founders, designers, and developers.   StoryMotion is a whiteboard animation editor that combines the editing experience of Excalidraw and Keynote to make explainer animations. Everything is fully editable, both the visual elements and the timing of motion effects.
