In 2021, after getting covid, I ended up dealing with lingering symptoms that pushed me into reading PubMed for the first time. I was trying to understand what was happening, but I found that scientific papers came with jargon and the dense PubMed UI. I'd use ChatGPT to simplify studies, and eventually built OpenScience.ink as a more structured version of this. What it does
OpenScience.ink is a weekly science newsletter on a topic you choose. The site indexes new papers every morning, using AI, journal quality scores, and topic relevance to rank the most important research. Each newsletter explains that week's 7 most relevant studies without jargon.
