What it does

OpenSign replaces paper sign-in sheets at open houses with a simple QR code. Agents print one code, visitors scan with their phone, and lead data flows straight to the dashboard. Built for individual agents tired of losing paper sheets and manually typing visitor info into their CRM. Features: QR code sign-in, lead tags (hot/warm/cold), purchase intent tracking, CSV export. Free plan: 5 showings/month. Pro: $29/month unlimited with no branding.
