I build agentic systems that hold an organisation’s memory and carry its work: what was decided, what is owed, and what has to change. Chief Technology Officer at Foremost, a board-level AI advisory. Before that, AI products at four startups. One system, shared by five founders. A living record of decisions, facts, and actions, built from meetings, email, and company documents, and the workspace where the work is done. Tasks are drawn from the record, and finished work returns to it. Judgement calls are surfaced to people, never resolved by the machine.
