our (bootstrapped) Real Time Analytics + Social Media Monitor Startup
Hi HN, The two of us are working on our real time analytics service Worldlogger for two-an-a-half months now. Today we rolled out a new version. It still has some bugs here and there, but it works :) Worldlogger kind of does what Chartbeat and Getclicky are doing, but we try to mix the best from both worlds ;) Curious what you think about it! http://worldlogger.com/ Cheers E

Ever wanted to track who unfollowed you last month? Or who followed your competitor last month? Or how your social graph is growing over time? SocialGrapple does this. I've been working on SocialGrapple for a few months (since stepping down from imoveyou.com, YC2010S), this week I got the core product to the point where I'm proud of it so I want to show it off: http://socialgrapple.com/ I wrote up a blog post with some screenshots that will get you an idea of what SocialGrapple looks like: "SocialGrapple snapshot: @limedaring's social graph growth after her HackerNews publicity"…

I saw that a lot of interesting Wikipedia articles regularly crop up on HN. So, just made a quick hack which lets you browse such interesting articles in a Stumbleupon fashion. This may be seen as a replacement of Wikipedia's own random article function which usually outputs stubs or other non-interesting links. I have seeded the existing database with 100 odd links, please feel free to submit new ones (only accepts Wikipedia links) or vote on existing ones. Here is the link: http://wingify.com/arbid/ Even though this is super-simple at the moment, feedback and suggestions are welcome! PS:…

For impatient reader: http://api.alii.tv/ and http://pprevolution.com/ It is not finished yet (obviously). We are still working on new feature, bug fixes and more browser support. The motion control API for now only works on Firefox/Windows and Firefox/Mac (of course you can copy the bundle to /Library/Internet Plugins/ so that it also works on Google Chrome/Mac). It will initiate another process to do hand detection, don't panic if you see another process called amcex in your activity monitor. What it does? Visit http://api.alii.tv/console.html get some initial feelings. Put you hand in…
