PaperLocal is a private PDF workspace that runs entirely in your browser. Merge, split, rotate, extract and remove pages; convert between PDFs and images; add watermarks and page numbers; fill and sign documents; preview every change; and chain actions into reusable workflows. No uploads, accounts, ads, added watermarks, or file retention, your documents stay on your device.

Use Merge PDF to assemble separate documents into one file, such as a report and its appendices. Select two or more PDFs, arrange the documents, and inspect the page previews before downloading. The files are processed in this browser; you do not need an account. Put a two-page report first and a three-page appendix second. The merged PDF contains five pages: the report on pages 1–2, followed by the appendix on pages 3–5. Reordering the documents changes that sequence. Merging is not compression: the resulting file size depends on the source documents. I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations.
