PartsBox

What it does

PartsBox is an online app that lets you take control of your electronic parts inventory, BOM pricing, and small-scale production. It keeps track of where components are stored, what the current stock levels are, and which components are used in which projects/BOMs. In addition, PartsBox provides always up-to-date BOM pricing and offer management.

Import and price a BOM with distributor price breaks, MOQs, and order multiples. Turn shortages into purchase orders, and receive them by barcode. Run single-stage and multi-stage builds with attrition and pick lists. Track stock by lot — reels, cut tape, what is usable for production — with exact per-lot cost and full traceability. Audio gear, scientific and test instruments, IoT and sensor products, robots and drones, space and defense hardware, medical devices, energy and EV electronics, industrial equipment — companies across these fields already run their inventory, BOMs, and production in PartsBox.
