What it does

I built PersonalFit as a solo developer to solve a simple problem: generic workout plans don't work. PersonalFit uses AI to generate training programs tailored to your body, goals, injuries, and equipment, then coaches you through every set with hands-free voice guidance. Refine any day with a text prompt, evolve your plan to the next phase based on training logs, and generate meal plans with macros and recipes matched to your workouts. Syncs with Apple Health.
