What it does
Pasta is a personal trainer in your pocket. Ask for "a 30 minute upper body workout", and it'll build it for you. While you train, the app uses voice as a guide, so you can focus on pushing yourself hard. It does plans too! Tell it what you're training for and it writes a plan around the days you can train. The app runs on Apple Intelligence and needs no account. Your progress and health data stays on your device. Requires an iPhone with Apple Intelligence on iOS 27.
Pasta builds your workout when you ask for one, then reads out every set and rest while you train. Hands-free AI workouts and plans for iPhone.
Hold to talk, or tap to type. “Thirty minutes, upper body, dumbbells only.” You get a full session: exercises, sets, reps and rest. Don’t like the lunges? Say so and Pasta swaps them. Found a workout on YouTube or on a webpage? Paste the link and Pasta turns it into a session if it can. Press play and Pasta speaks out every set and rest, so the phone stays in your bag. The timer lives on your Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island, in a widget and on Apple Watch. “One-Arm Dumbbell Row! You’ve got 3 sets of 10 at 30 kilos, with 75 seconds of rest. Set 1. Let’s GO!” “That’s set 1 of 3! Rest 75 seconds. Your heart rate’s at 136, vigorous zone. Right where you want it! Reset and breathe.” Pairs…from pppasta.com
