In plain words
Pinegrow + Atom is a visual website builder plugin for the Atom code editor that lets developers combine coding with visual design tools. Users can toggle between Atom for traditional coding and Pinegrow for working with HTML structure, Bootstrap, WordPress, and components. The tools sync live across HTML and CSS files and can run on different computers with different operating systems, making it useful for developers who want both powerful editing capabilities and visual design functionality in one workflow.
