Plaiceholder, transform images into pure CSS blurred placeholders

In plain words

Plaiceholder is a tool that converts images into CSS-based blurred placeholders. It allows developers to generate lightweight placeholder code that displays a blurred version of an image while the full image loads. The tool is designed for web developers who want to improve perceived page performance and user experience by showing a low-bandwidth preview before displaying the final image.
