What it does

Made by the creators of the original MeasureKit app, PlanKit makes it really easy to create floor plans using augmented reality (ARKit). PlanKit lets you export your floor plan as a plain PDF report and as an interactive 3D model (USDz file) which allows you to quickly send it to someone over email or any messenger.

The AR stuff just kind of floats around and doesn't measure anything accurately. Also one misstep measuring a room and you have to start all over. Accidentally hit the wrong button and you lose all your progress. There's also no way to edit a room after you've saved it.Don't waste your money like I did.
