A small Mac tool: point at something on your screen and start yapping. Your coding agent gets it all via MCP, including what you pointed at and what you said. Free, open source, local.

Point at something on your screen and start yapping. Your coding agent gets it all via MCP. A small pill shows it is listening. It never shows in the screenshots. Rest the cursor on what you mean and say what is wrong. Click if it helps. esc throws it away. Claude Code, Codex or Cursor takes the open items, fixes them and marks them done.
