PostaSend

The email platform everyone loves.

What it does

PostaSend is an email API for developers and startups. Unlike competitors charging $15–$20 to start, we offer a flexible $5 entry plan, perfect for early-stage products. REST API, SMTP, real-time delivery tracking, and webhooks, all backed by a 99.9% inbox delivery guarantee.

Send transactional emails with sub-second delivery, real-time tracking, and infrastructure that scales from your first send to your millionth. No SMTP hassle, no warm-up period.

Your users expect their emails to arrive. PostaSend makes sure they do. With a clean API, real-time tracking, and infrastructure that scales from day one to millions of sends. A complete transactional email platform designed around the primitives developers actually need, not a dashboard-first product that treats the API as an afterthought. Switch from your current email setup without touching a single template. Drop in the SDK, point your domain, and you're live, with zero downtime and zero data loss. Isolate sending identities, API keys, and analytics per customer. Perfect for SaaS platforms serving hundreds of tenants. Track open rates, click-throughs, bounces, and unsubscribes as they…from postasend.com

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

  • I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
