What it does
Your DNA is the most private and personal data you have. It's uniquely yours, it never changes, and it reveals deeply sensitive information about your health, your ancestry, and your family. Once it's compromised, there's no resetting it like a password. Only yesterday there was a BBC news headline: UK Biobank health data listed for sale in China, government confirms. We've all got to learn to take more care of our personal data. Please bear in mind - this is not a diagnosis!
Upload a 23andMe, MyHeritage or AncestryDNA raw file and we compute polygenic risk scores for five psychiatric conditions. The file is parsed locally. Nothing is uploaded, stored or sent anywhere. Your DNA file is read by JavaScript inside this tab. No server ever sees a single SNP. Scoring files distil billions of rows of Psychiatric Genomics Consortium summary statistics.
