What it does

Two brothers come to a river. There is a boat, however, it can only carry one of them. How do they each get to the other side of the river using the boat assuming neither of them know how to swim? Permalink: http://problemotd.com/problem/crossing-the-river/ One guy on each side of the boat (in the water), holding on. They use their other arm as to paddle. They could tie the boat to the side of the river they are on and once one brother gets to the other side, the other can pull the boat back using the rope. Then he can get to the other side as well. One brother uses the boat to go to side B; he will either use the boat back to side A or he will find someone else to get the boat back to side…from problemotd.com
