Prompt Enchanter
Help enchanting your prompts :)
What it does
It basically takes a short idea (like "snake game in python") and expands it into a full spec sheet using models like Gemini 3 or GPT-5. Features: Viral Mode: rewrites boring text into LinkedIn/Twitter hooks. Design Mode: generates UI specs and color palettes Privacy: It runs locally in your browser (Bring Your Own Key), so I don't store anything. It's free and open-source. Would love to hear if it's actually useful to anyone else

Prompt Builder – Free Templates12d ago · promptbuilder.space · ▲21Hi HN, I built Prompt Builder (https://www.promptbuilder.space/) because I was frustrated managing complex AI prompts in plain text boxes. The core idea: instead of one giant textarea, you compose prompts from draggable, reorderable blocks. Each block can have its own XML/custom tags, visibility toggles (so you can A/B test sections), and duplicates. Key technical details: - Live compiled preview: the right pane shows the exact string being sent, updating as you drag/toggle blocks - Dynamic variables: define {{var_name}} once, use across blocks, change in one…
- ATA tool to help you write more reliable prompts2023 · optimist.varied.ai · ▲11
Hey HN! While writing prompts for a few projects recently, a couple of friends and I realised that writing prompts today is like writing code in a txt file - it sucks and there is no tooling to help you. So we decided to hack on a tool to help you fix this - https://optimist.varied.ai/ It is literally a hack rn but we already find it useful for writing prompts. That said we'd love to talk to folks who are writing serious prompts everyday and see how the product can be better. Also the only reason the waitlist is there, is running this is super expensive like $100/day for…
- IMI Made an AI Software Engineer with Google Gemini 1.5 Flash2024 · saas-quick.com · ▲6
Hey HN! Thank you for all the support and feedback on my original submission 2 months ago. I've been improving the backend using a MCTS/AlphaZero approach and it's currently producing much better results. My long term goal is to allow users to manage multiple projects, deployed autonomously, both from scratch and by making continual updates all prompted with natural language. The cost of each project has been lowered to $9 as performance with smaller models has improved (I migrated from Claude-3-Opus to gemini-1.5-flash). Thanks for checking it out!
- YRyynn, Rate Anything2023 · yynn.app · ▲7
Had this idea recently and just had to get it out of my head and into a (super quick and dirty) prototype. It's like Letterboxd but for anything, and with a simpler rating system you don't have to sweat about.
- AGA game fully contained in a link2022 · linkians.com · ▲7
Hey HN, I made https://linkians.com which is a game where all the action and state is contained in the url. The game involves taking care of little pets (emojis) that live in your url bar. Kind of like tamagotchi or sims. Feed them, play with them, and watch out for enemies! There's no server, just emojis in the url and client-side logic. Any linkians url using the supported emojis is a valid game state so you can save your game, or type out your own url and send it to a friend. I'd appreciate any feedback.
