Launch a fully branded property website in minutes. Listings, leads, WhatsApp sharing — all in one subscription. No tech skills needed. Client asks for options. You scroll folders, paste images one-by-one on WhatsApp. They get a wall of photos — no price, no address, no context. Properties scattered across chats, Drive, PDFs, and memory. When a client asks for SG Highway under ₹2Cr, you guess instead of search. Every broker looks the same: forwarded PDFs, blurry photos, zero branding. No website, no portfolio, no way to prove you're serious. You have a buyer for a 4BHK villa. Another broker nearby has that listing. Neither knows. Thousands of deals missed every month. I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
