What it does

Quill stops freelancers and agencies from wasting hours on bad-fit RFPs. Upload your CV once, then drop in any RFP. A multi-agent pipeline analyzes it, matches it against your experience with semantic vector search, and either rejects it with a reason or generates a tailored proposal draft. A Gatekeeper agent filters weak fits before drafting starts, batch mode handles dozens of RFPs at once, and real-time streaming shows every step of the AI workflow.
