What it does

I built this guide because I know how hard it is to objectively look at your own work. As a founder, I needed a way to simplify the audit process, so I created this 11-page blueprint. It's the exact framework I use to optimize RainingMoon. Now, I’m sharing it to help other makers polish their brand and finally see the conversions they deserve.

  I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it.
