RankLens
We built RankLens because we couldn’t answer a simple question for our own clients: “How often do AI assistants actually recommend your brand vs. competitors?” Instead of ad-hoc “SEO prompts”, RankLens uses structured entity-conditioned probes. Each probe is defined by a brand/site entity + intent, and we resample across many runs to reduce prompt noise and random LLM variance. For each probe we track: – Explicit mention of your brand/site (Brand Match) – Precision of when you’re recommended as the answer (Brand Target) – How often competitors get recommended instead (Brand…

MentionedBy AI2025 · mentionedby.ai · ▲39A few weeks ago I shared an early version of MentionedBy.ai — a tool we built to monitor how your brand is mentioned inside AI-generated answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other LLMs. We’re now officially live This started from our own frustration. Our startup wasn’t being mentioned in ChatGPT responses, even for queries where we were clearly relevant. Meanwhile, legacy or SEO-heavy brands kept showing up. We realized: AI is becoming the new search engine — and no one knows how they rank in it. So we built MentionedBy to answer questions like: How often does your brand…

Lovable▲1,477Hey HN! Previous CERN physicist turned hacker here. We've developed a way to make AI coding actually work by systematically identifying and fixing places where LLMs typically fail in full-stack development. Today we're launching as Lovable (previously gptengineer.app) since it's such a big change. The problem? AI writing code typically make small mistakes and then get stuck. Those who tried know the frustration. We fixed most of this by mapping out where LLMs fail in full-stack dev and engineering around those pitfalls with prompt chains. Thanks to this, in all comparisons I found with: v0,…

I wasn't quite sure if this qualified as "Show HN" given you can't really download it and try it out. However, dang said[0]: > If it's hardware or something that's not so easy to try out over the internet, find a different way to show how it actually works—a video, for example, or a detailed post with photos. Hopefully I did that? Additionally, I've put code and a detailed guide for the netboot computer management setup on GitHub: https://github.com/kentonv/lanparty Anyway, if this shouldn't have been Show HN, I apologize!
