What it does

Claude Code's Plan mode is good, but it feels like planning implementation, not a solution. Relay is a Claude Code plugin that talks to you first. Confirms what you're building and why, what exists in the code, what the tradeoffs are, what would break. Every decision you make as you plan is captured: technical and business. Pricing, architecture, strategy, all of it. Unlike session memory solutions, Relay thinks with you to capture memory. You walk away fully understanding what you built.

Free, open-source Claude Code plugin. Listens before proposing. Captures decisions in your repo. Your Claude Code becomes Relay.

Your Claude Code becomes Relay. A staff engineer thinking partner that listens before proposing and captures decisions in your repo. Next session picks up where this one left off. Teammates pull the repo, their Claude has your decisions. You describe a feature. Claude starts writing code. Three files in, you realize it's solving the wrong problem. Relay doesn't do that. It confirms what you're building and why. Reads your codebase. Teaches you the landscape — what exists, what the options are, what would break. So enterprise customers can use their existing identity provider — that right? Right now auth goes through handlers/auth.go — JWT only, no SAML or OIDC paths yet. Two approaches —…from basegraph.co

I got tired of Claude Code forgetting all my context every time I open a new session: set-up decisions, how I like my margins, decision history. etc. We built a shared memory layer you can drop in as a Claude Code Skill. It’s basically a tiny memory DB with recall that remembers your sessions. Not magic. Not AGI. Just state. Install in Claude Code: /plugin marketplace add https://github.com/mutable-state-inc/ensue-skill /plugin install ensue-memory # restart Claude Code What it does: (1) persists context between sessions (2) semantic & temportal search (not just…

Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

  • With social media and now AI, its important to keep the indie web alive. There are many people who write frequently. Blogosphere tries to highlight them by fetching the recent posts from personal blogs across many categories. There are two versions: Minimal (HN-inspired, fast, static): https://text.blogosphere.app/ Non-minimal: https://blogosphere.app/ If you don't find your blog (or your favorite ones), please add them. I will review and approve it.
