RestifEye reminds you to rest your eyes and move your body at healthy intervals. Every break shows an animated exercise - eye movements, neck stretches, shoulder rolls, or full-body moves - matched to your intensity setting. It detects when you're in a call and waits. It notices when you've already stepped away and credits you the break. It warns 30 seconds before taking your screen. It tracks your screen time and break patterns locally, with weekly advice. No accounts, no cloud, no telemetry.
