What it does

RoleMetric helps job seekers see how well their resume matches a role before they apply. Upload your resume and job description to get an ATS match score, keyword analysis, skill gap insights, and practical suggestions to improve your application. It is fast, clear, and built to help you create more targeted resumes and apply with greater confidence.

RoleMetric compares your resume with one role, shows where it may pass or fail, and gives you specific, verifiable ways to improve it. Works with public listings. Some sites that require sign-in may need to be pasted. RoleMetric models the path your resume actually travels, and shows its evidence at every step.
