What it does

SAFE.new is a tool from AngelList Stack to help founders & VCs generate SAFE documents. After you fill out the fields, you will be able to download a PDF to send for signatures.

SAFE.new allows founders and investors to easily generate and sign post-money or pre-money YC SAFEs.
