What it does

Traditional Workout tracking apps have you manually enter your workouts, SaySet has you dictate your workouts, and transcribes it, registers your workouts, tracks progress, and shows you muscles traineed from a database of over 375 exercises

Anatomy figures adapted from react-native-body-highlighter (MIT). SaySet turns "four sets of bench at 80 kilos" into structured sets, the exact muscles worked, and progress you can see. No tapping. No forms. "Four sets of squats at 100 kilos, 5 reps." That's the entire interaction. Nicknames like "bench", "OHP", "deads" all work. Sets, reps, weight, and the exact muscles worked — extracted from a 400-exercise database. Edit anything in one tap before saving. PRs, streaks, strength rank, charts, and an AI coach grounded in your real training data and body stats. Voice is the fastest input you've used since smartphones.
