Klarna replaced Stocard with an app that wants an account before it will show you a supermarket barcode. ScanKeeper is the boring alternative: scan a card or import an old screenshot, and it opens full-screen in one tap, at full brightness, offline. No account, no email, no ads, no advertising SDKs. QR, EAN, UPC, PDF417, Aztec, Data Matrix, Code 128 and more. Import a Wallet pass, a PDF ticket or a photo, and ScanKeeper pulls out the code. Add the widget and show a card at checkout without opening the app. Pin a store to a card. When you're nearby, it moves to the top and lights up. Give a card an expiry date. I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy.
