Sendout finds openings within hours of posting and submits the whole application on the real ATS form. Every other tool stops there. Sendout answers the recruiter when they reply. We collected 528 openings in July 2026. Then we went looking for a reachable human on each one. Not a careers@ inbox, not a portal, not a form that answers nobody, but a named person with a real mailbox that accepts real mail. Sendout is an AI agent that runs the whole search against the 219 that are real. It scans every hour and applies the same day, before a posting has collected hundreds of applicants.
